General
Use of this site is done so under the guidance of the following terms & conditions. These conditions are subject to change without notice, and it is therefore the responsibility of the customer to keep him/herself up to date with the current conditions at the time of utilizing this website or engaging in business transactions with Tradewizz Ltd.
Shipping
- Delivery charges will be shown on a customers invoice prior to payment being made.
- Shipping is FREE for orders equal to, or greater than $150 (ex. GST).
- Shipping costs for orders under an amount of $150 will be charged at a flat rate set by Tradewizz. The current rate is set at $15 and is subject to change without direct notice.
- It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address to Tradewizz when placing an order. If goods are delivered to the stated address, which is incorrect, Tradewizz will not be liable for any losses incurred due to the incorrect delivery.
- Should a customer not be at the specified delivery address when the delivery is made, the goods shall be delivered to the nearest NZ post/Courier Post depot, for collection by the customer. Notice of the exact address of this depot will be left at the originally nominated address.

- All delivery information is for delivery within NZ ONLY.
- Tradewizz shall operate as according to the expectations of normal business in providing delivery within the following time frames:

Delivery times are approximates only and no liability in respect of late delivery is accepted whatsoever.
Returns Policy:
Tradewizz offers a 30-day money back guarantee subject to the following terms and procedure:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to determine whether or not they wish to return the goods within the 30-day period.
- Should a customer wish to return a product they are not satisfied with, this shall not be done without having received an RA (Returns Authority) number from the Tradewizz returns department.
- Once an RA number has been received, the product, along with RA number, shall be returned, at the initial expense of the customer, to the below address:

- If the product is faulty:
- Tradewizz will wholly reimburse the customer for the amount paid for the product and freight expense incurred to receive and return the product – equal to standard NZ market postal rates.
- If the product was returned because of a ‘change of mind’
- Tradewizz will reimburse the customer for the amount paid for the product, should it be in a re-sellable condition.
- Tradewizz will not reimburse the customer if the good is damaged in any way.
- Tradewizz may charge a 20% handling fee for the return and deduct this from the refund amount of the product.
- If Tradewizz sent the customer the incorrect product:
- Tradewizz will reimburse the customer for the amount paid for the product, should it be in a re-sellable condition.
- Tradewizz will reimburse the customer for the freight expense incurred to receive and return the product – equal to standard NZ market postal rates.
Shortages in Delivery
If the goods as per the order number are not all delivered, and there has been no notification of items on back order, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify Tradewizz of this shortage within 10 working days of having received the order.
Pricing
- In the event that there is a pricing error on the website then Tradewizz Ltd will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
- All pricing is exclusive of GST and freight charges – these amounts will be shown prior to the customer making payment.
- Pricing is only current at the time of placing the order, and is subject to change without notification from Tradewizz.
Promotions
The below terms are specific to promotions/specials currently being advertised on the Tradewizz website.
PW07140/PW0714010 Price Special
- The special ends at 5pm NZDT on 30th November 2009, or while stocks last.
- Standard Tradewizz terms and conditions apply.
- To receive the discounted price per unit, you must either: order a minimum of 10 units of the advertised product (10 x PW07140); or order a box of the advertised product (1 x PW0714010) in a single order (with one full payment tranasaction) to receive the special pricing.
- All customer accounts must be up to date in order to receive any special pricing.
- No other discounts apply.
Bonus Radio Promotion
- The promotion ends at 5pm NZDT on 30th November 2009, or while stocks last.
- Standard Tradewizz terms and conditions apply.
- To receive the bonus radio, you must place a single order (with one full payment transaction) for $300 or more excluding GST.
- The order amount needs to be $300 or more excluding GST for a single order (for example, multiple orders under $300 ex GST, but totalling to more than $300 ex GST, do not qualify for the promotional item).
- The Bonus item is a Panasonic pocket radio (Model no. RF-P50GC-S) and is valued at RRP $29.99 incl. GST (according to the Panasonic New Zealand website as at 30/10/2009).
- If the bonus item above is unavailable for any reason, a similar item to an equal or greater value will be used.
December/January NZPJ Product Specials
- These product specials end on the 15th February 2010, or while stocks last.

Title, Risk and loss
Risk in and to the Products will pass to the customer when the Products are delivered to the Delivery Address. Ownership of the Products will pass to customer upon payment.
Warranties
Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers warranty terms and conditions. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered due to product failure.
Force Majeure
Tradewizz Ltd reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel the Contract or reduce the volume of the Goods ordered by the Buyer (without liability to the Buyer) if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party's workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials Provided that, if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 60 days, the Buyer shall be entitled to give notice in writing to the Company to terminate the Contract.
